BUT, I had time today, so I just went on a six hour-long ODST spree and beat it. Only on Heroic, but I just wanted to enjoy myself. I have got to say, that was a fun game. It took a while to get used to not being a super-powered Spartan with shield-covered armor plating though. You get hurt a lot easier, so you have to be more cautious. And when you're playing as the Rookie, ammo is scarce, unless you can find a supply depot.
Word to the wise: play it by yourself the first time. That's the way it should be enjoyed. There's just this feeling of loneliness and desperation to find your teammates that is lost when playing with a friend.
